The agreement between you and FableForge.

FableForge is web software for making illustrated children's books. It plans a book, writes the prompts for it, places the pictures you bring back, and builds print-ready PDF files.
It does not write your stories or draw your pictures for you. You make those in your own ChatGPT account, which is not included, is not operated by us, and is governed by OpenAI's own terms.
There is no public sign-up. An account is created when WarriorPlus reports a completed order, and the login is emailed to the address used at checkout.
One account is for one person. Extra seats exist only under the Publisher licence, which is sold separately.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login. If you lose it, use the reset link on the sign-in page.
The books you make are yours. You may publish them, sell them, give them away, and keep the files forever - including after you stop using the studio.
The book font, EB Garamond, is included under the SIL Open Font License, which permits commercial books.
You may not resell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the software itself, its prompts, its art directions or its templates, and you may not share your login.
Upgrades are recorded against your account by the WarriorPlus notification. A refunded or reversed order removes what that order paid for.
One upgrade is offered with a monthly option; it is marked as monthly wherever it is sold. Everything else is a single payment.
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the studio, and do not use it to make material that is illegal, hateful or sexual, or that involves children in any sexual or exploitative way.
An account used that way is closed without a refund.
The studio is sold as it is, and is kept running as reliably as we can. It is not sold with a promise of uninterrupted service.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. Where the law allows a limit, our total liability to you is the amount you paid.
If something is broken, email thuthao07082002@gmail.com and it gets fixed at no charge. Questions about payment, chargebacks and the checkout itself are also covered by WarriorPlus's own terms, since WarriorPlus processes the payment.
