Email thuthao07082002@gmail.com. That is the only support channel, and it is read by the person who built the studio.
Include the email address on your account and, if it is about one book, the book's name. It saves a round trip.
Anything broken in the studio, in a download or in your account access - including a login that never arrived, or a password reset that will not go through.
Questions about what the studio can do, before or after you buy.
It cannot fix your ChatGPT account, its limits or its outages. That is OpenAI's to answer.
It cannot approve or reject a book on Amazon or Etsy, and it cannot promise a book will sell.
It cannot issue a refund - see the Refund Policy above, which is why this page exists before you buy rather than after.
Check the spam folder for the address you used at checkout. Then use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page, which sends a fresh link. If neither works, email support with your WarriorPlus order id.
