FableForge is web software that is switched on the moment you buy. Your login is emailed straight away, and the files you make are yours to keep from the second they are built.
Because of that, all sales are final and there are no refunds - on the studio itself or on any upgrade.
A fault is fixed, at no charge. If the studio, a download or your account access is broken, email thuthao07082002@gmail.com and it gets put right.
Questions before you buy are answered before you buy. That is also why the sales pages are so detailed about what the studio does and does not do - so the decision is made with the facts in hand.
The one offer with a monthly option can be cancelled at any time, which stops the next payment. Payments already taken are not refunded, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Please email first. A chargeback closes the account it was raised against, and an email usually solves the problem faster.
